These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the chauffeur-driven transport services (VTC) and vehicle rental services offered by KS Rent Services. Any booking (website, phone, email, messaging) implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

• •Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• •The booking is confirmed once the information has been validated and KS Rent Services has issued a written confirmation.
• •Quotes are valid for the period indicated when they are issued.

• •Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up (except for specific written conditions).
• •Late cancellation (< 48h): up to 100% of the service may be charged.
• •Any cancellation must be made in writing (email or message).

VTC rates are calculated according to the vehicle category, the distance, the chauffeur-hire duration and the available fixed transfers.

• •Class V: from €360 (3h chauffeur hire), 3.10 €/km
• •Class S: from €450 (3h chauffeur hire), 3.60 €/km
• •Class E: from €240 (3h chauffeur hire), 2.60 €/km
• •Range: from €450 (3h chauffeur hire), 4.00 €/km

Daily rental rates currently range from €250 to €3,200 depending on the model, the period and the options.

• •MERCEDES CLE CABRIOLET: €350/day (200 km included)

• •BMW SÉRIE 4 CAB: €450/day (200 km included)
• •MERCEDES CLE CABRIOLET AMG: €450/day (200 km included)

A final quote is provided before confirmation, based on the dates, the mileage and the selected options.

• •Accepted means of payment: bank card, cash, bank transfer (depending on the service).
• •A deposit may be requested for certain services (long distance, event, chauffeur hire, premium rental).
• •For chauffeur hire, the minimum billable duration is 3 hours.
• •The balance is due before or at the start of the service, according to the agreed conditions.

• •Courtesy time: 15 min at a standard address.
• •Courtesy time: 30 min for airport arrivals (flight tracking when the information is provided).
• •Beyond that, waiting fees or cancellation without refund may be applied.

• •The customer undertakes to comply with the chauffeur's safety instructions and the rules on board.
• •It is forbidden to smoke, consume illicit substances and damage the vehicle.
• •In the event of dangerous or inappropriate behaviour, the service may be interrupted without refund.

• •KS Rent Services cannot be held liable for delays caused by external events (traffic, weather, strikes, incidents).
• •KS Rent Services is not responsible for missed flights/trains/appointments due to external factors.
• •Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passengers.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the territorially competent courts of the registered office's jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
